šŸ”† Truth Note 04

Either way, it’s burning now. Time to sit with it and watch it do its work.

This month’s truth?

Sit there. Watch it burn.
The story. The identity. The need to be the fixer, the peacemaker,
the version of you that made it all make sense.
Let it all go up in flames.

Let it fall without reaching for meaning.
Let it ache without rushing to reframe it.
Let it collapse without trying to catch it on the way down.

Because here’s the hard truth:
Some things are sacred not because they last — but because of how completely they teach you when they fall apart.

This is the fire that purifies.
This is the truth that clears.
This is the holy unraveling.

You don’t have to heal it yet.
You don’t have to make it poetic.
You just have to stay —
long enough to feel the heat,
long enough to witness what needed to go.

No affirmations. No rescue plan.
Just you, the ashes, and the silence afterward.

Let it burn.
And let that be enough.
