šŸ”† Truth Note 03

Becoming isn’t always a glow-up. Sometimes it’s a breaking.

This month’s truth?

We talk a lot about becoming.
Becoming whole. Becoming real. Becoming more of yourself.
But nobody tells you what it actually feels like.

Becoming more you means shedding skin.
It means no longer answering to the old names
they gave you when you didn't know better.

It’s asking:
What version of me am I still dragging around out of obligation?
What parts of me feel like a costume I forgot to take off?

Because becoming more you?
It’s not always graceful.
It’s not always aligned mantras and full moon baths.
It’s often a quiet, uncomfortable reckoning
with all the shit you said yes to just to be accepted.
All the ways you’ve been performing stability
when your soul’s been screaming for truth.

This is your invitation to stop reaching for who you think you should be,
and start remembering who you actually are underneath all the edits.
