Because your soul is hungry for more than sunscreen and sangria.

What Does Your Soul Need This Summer?

Photo by Jennie Clavel on Unsplash
Summer is often sold to us as a season for indulgence, escape, and productivity. What if it’s really a sacred window for soul nourishment? A portal made available of this season, to slow down and observe what needs hydration, and what needs rest.
The Soul Menu is your invitation to ask:
What does my soul really crave this season?
Not the trends.
Not the “should”.
Just the real, raw, radiant YES.

Think of this as a vibrational grocery list—ingredients that feed your spirit, calm your body, awaken your joy, or soften your grief. Choose 1–2 items per category (or let one speak loudest).
1. The Appetizer — Something Small but Soulful

10 minutes of sun on your skin with no distractions
Singing out loud in your car
Letting yourself cry in the bath
Choosing silence over explaining
Putting your feet in cold water
2. The Main Course — Deep Nourishment

One full day with no phone
Creating art just for yourself
Saying the hard truth to someone (with love)
Walking barefoot in nature
Getting reacquainted with your own pleasure
3. The Dessert — Pure Soul Joy

Rewatching your favorite childhood movie
A spontaneous solo dance party
Laughing so hard your body unclenches
Doing something magical and totally unnecessary
Wearing something just because it makes you feel powerful
4. The Drink Pairing — What Keeps You Hydrated & Aligned

Morning journaling or card pulls
A weekly soul date with yourself
Herbal tea or fruit-infused water with intention
A mantra: “This moment is enough.”
A playlist that lifts your frequency

"This summer, I am saying NO MORE to… people-pleasing in the heat. No more sweating for what doesn’t feed me. No more shrinking to stay invited.”
In Practice: Check Yourself Before You Align Out

Let’s Be Clear
Are you performing “soul care” or actually meeting your soul’s needs?
Before you light the incense, book the retreat, or post your sunset ritual, check in with this:
Am I doing this to be seen as healed—or because it truly feeds me?
Is this rest or is this performance?
Did I choose this from hunger… or from habit?
Truth: A $22 smoothie in a beige mug is not a substitute for radical stillness.
This summer, your soul doesn't want the curated ritual.
It wants you. Unfiltered. Unhurried. Un-avoided.
Welcome to the work. Let’s get into it.

🎠The Healing Giggle
Because sometimes the medicine is in the mess... and the laughter that follows.
Laughter is more than a release—it’s a reclamation. In every spiritual spiral, awkward awakening, or weird-ass energy cleanse gone wrong, there’s a giggle waiting to be had. This is the corner of Truth Notes where we breathe out the tension, snort through the shadow work, and laugh our way home.
{The Spirit Guides Chronicles} “Plot twist: Earth was on hard mode”
Sometimes healing doesn’t look like alignment—it looks like barely making it through retrograde with your edges, your crystals, and your last nerve intact. This month’s healing giggle is brought to you by the squirrel inside all of us: frantic, disoriented, and absolutely not ready to explain ourselves to our spirit team.
📌 Because let’s be real—Earth school is ghetto. And we’re all just doing our best not to drop out mid-semester.
Let this laugh remind you: It’s okay to be a divine mess. Your guides are used to the chaos.
